Is part of the historical and commercial heart of Cali. Here you will find colonial buildings, the iconic Jairo Varela plaza (pictured), and a lot of commercial activity. It is home to the Centenario shopping center and Platillos Voladores, one of Cali’s best rated restaurants. The river boulevard is just across the street. The Granada and El Peñon gastronomic districts area just a short walk away and full of restaurants, cafes and nightlife.
